At Lost Designer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all authenticity cards, dust bags, and tags are included.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the box, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
